Rest Horizon Room: Our favourite room type at this boutique hotel.
This room type is very spacious. The furnishings and the bathroom are modern.
This room type has a private outdoor jacuzzi and daybed on the balcony which overlooked the ocean. However, the water in a tub was not hot water so it's a little bit too cold if the temperature is below 22 C.
An afternoon tea set at the living room area near the front desk. The set includes a medium size hamburger, smoked salmon prepared in different styles, and three types of cakes (tiramisu, blueberry cheesecake, and brownie). We are truely satisfied with this tea set.
Since we stayed at this hotel after it has been opened for 3 months only, we do not have a very high expectation with either foods or services. However, the qualities of a breakfast here are far beyond our expectation.
The breakfast offered at this hotel has varieties of foods from american breakfast to thai foods like many 5 stars hotel but the portion might be a bit smaller which is quite suitable for us. We like to try different kinds of foods but in a small quantity. My favourite pick would be a Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing. The taste matches perfectly with the vegetable salad.
Amazingly, the breakfast offered here has a sticky rice with several kinds of sweet pork as well as kao-ka-moo (rice with stewed pork leg).
To finish the meal, you can choose to have fresh fruits or fruits dipped in chocolate fondue.
