Pastel Pudding (Japan)

Pastel is a franchise italian restaurant originated from Nagoya. We couldn't find Pastel shops in Nagoya but Pastel opens small shops for selling custard puddings at some train stations such as JR Osaka, etc. We also found one shop st Shinsaibashi shopping street.

There are many flavors that you can choose from: Original, Green Tea, Hokkaido Milk, Tiramisu, etc.

The color of all flavors look very appealing.

Pastel's pudding has a rich creamy texture and very delicious.

My favourite one would be the hokkaido milk pudding. Hokkaido's Milk is very famous as well as milk from Hida Takayama.

This one is Green Tea flavor. It is P'Nok's favorite flavor. We couldn't get this flavor for our second stop at this shop in JR Osaka cause they were sold out!

The pudding base is similar to the original flavor. The only different is a hint of green tea flavor were added to the custard.

This is the first time for me to have tiramisu custard pudding. Like other flavors, it has rich creamy texture but it may be a little bit too sweet for me.
